I planned on getting up early today and doing this the "right" way, but instead, I just went about it like normal. This morning I ran 5 miles with a time of 43:10 which produces a per mile time of 8:38. For comparison's sake, my last 4 mile run was at 34:09 and had a per mile time of 8:30. This past Friday, May 22nd, my beautiful wife Jessica and I celebrated 10 years of marital bliss with each other.
