Howdy folks. Apparently my new style is to post once a month, so I'll keep with tradition. Hope everyone had a good Christmas. I was apparently a good boy, but I was easily outdone by my daughter. She turned 4 months on December 22nd, and 3 days later, she racked up. Despite all the presents she received, her two favorite things were the lights on the Christmas tree and the crinkly sound the wrapping paper made when she grabbed it. Simpler times...if only I could still be impressed so easily.

Updates: in keeping with another tradition of mine (getting in on things after they are mainstream) I got a new phone and am now a text messaging junky. I also discovered that the Foo Fighters were not as annoying as I once thought (I guess I was always worried that they were not Nirvana so they couldnt be any good...my mistake...In Your Honor is good stuff). The wifey got a new Shuffle so I inherited her old iPod mini (at least she got the blue way back when and not the pink one). And I am starting to get into photography as a hobby. I'm most interested in long exposure and infrared so if anybody has any advice/knowledge/etc...let me know.

Got a big pre-New Year's Eve party on Saturday and then its work,work,work until my Birfday on January 6th, 2007.
