Thanks for the collective middle finger to our Memphis Tigers men's basketball team. I like how, after amassing an undefeated record, we lose 1 game and get dropped to 2nd (AP) and 3rd (ESPN/USA Today). Then, after Tennessee loses, but we win 2 straight, we wait patiently until the newest rankings were released today and how are we rewarded? A brand new #2 (AP) and #3 (ESPN/USA Today) ranking. So we win two games and a team in front of us loses and we go nowhere. Maybe if we beat SMU (3/5 @ Dallas) and UAB (3/7 @ the Forum), you guys can drop us a couple of spots?
