With the 5th pick in the 2008 NBA Draft the Grizzlies select...Kevin Love, from UCLA. The first half of that sentence worried me all week long. Like I said, there were not any Earth-shattering players in this draft (imho), but I was very worried that the Grizzlies would go too far screw the season before it even started.

I am relieved that we got K-Love (how is that not his nickname yet...should we go ahead and call the radio station to start the endorsement negotiaions?). It could have been much worse. I know nothing is final, but I have a decent feeling that Love will be a Grizzly come next October.
