14 Pounds...

Got back down to 14 pounds lower from where I started. Sorry to monopolize this space with non-stop diet talk, but its on my mind all the time lately. This week, I had decided to cut out caffeine, since I was reading some stuff about it slowing weight loss. I started that on Monday morning I guess and made it until about Tuesday evening. I dont really buy it though. I think what I was reading was that caffeine could lead to cravings for sugary foods, but I dont think that the caffeine itself was detrimental. Either way, I'm probably boned. One more pound would be a real breakthrough for me, goal-wise. I guess I need to figure out some plan for the diet and some exercise. I've kinda been putting it off, since muscle weighs more than fat and would really slow (or stop) my "weight loss," but I guess thats just rationalizing not wanting to exercise. More (non-diet related) later. I swear.
