Stupid diet. I have been on it since February 6th and as of Saturday the 18th, I had lost 14 pounds. Not too shabby. Weighed myself today and was at 13.5...meaning I had gained a half pound? I know everyone's weight fluctuates, even on an hourly basis, but I'd like to think I wasnt gaining any pounds. Probably making too big a deal out of this...like I do with everything.
Also, I tried the cold brew coffee DIY method as described on groovy-mom.com, and I must say, it worked like a champ. The coffee is good, strong and not very acidic at all. I used some folgers Columbian freeze dried and good old Memphis tap water. I bought some reverse-osmosis'ized water and will try that next, maybe with some "good" coffee. More later.
