Cold Brew...

Ever since the Toddy post, I've been cold brewing coffee. It is the greatest thing ever. Everyone I have explained it to has started doing it that way. I can't stop. I've brewed regular old Folgers, some Seattle's Best Henry's Blend and several of the Millstone samplers (Chocolate Velvet is the best so far). Next up is Christopher Bean's Vanilla Nut Butter Cookie, and I must say, they have so many intriguing flavors, I'll probably be trying more of them in the future. The cold brew method has turned me from a tea person into a coffee person, whole-heartedly. Again, I'm really not trying to sell you anything, I just cant stop talking/drinking the stuff up!

Also, I have now lost 18.5 pounds since February 6th (the 22nd day of my diet so far?).
