I told you, officer, I'm not "hepped up on Goofballs."

WOO HOO! Jumped on the scale and realized that I am officially 15 pounds lighter since the super bowl (February 5th)! Not too shabby. My main concern now isnt losing weight as much as being able to keep the weight off. I've been researching various methods of exercise, trying to find one that will fit into my schedule and at at the same time, maximize my weight control/loss goals. Since there is no swimming pool in the immediate vicinity (or future), I think running is the way to go. I did seem to eat whatever I want and stay in good shape in high school, when I ran cross country, but I'm sure I also had "faster metabolism" back then too. One website referred to reports of people who had lost 30+ pounds and had kept it off, used running as a way to do it. They also suggest you run 25-30 miles a week. I'm no MATHemagician, but I'm pretty sure that comes to more than 3 miles a day?!? I guess if i ran to work, ran home, ran around the block, went to bed and then repeated the whole cycle the next day...
