Diet = lost 19.5 pounds since the day after the superbowl (22 days?).

Coffee = still cold brewing and loving it (Vanilla Nut Butter Cookie tonight!) but I have started researching it more and more and have found many different suggestions as to water/coffee ratios for brewing and drinking. I'm currently on a straight 3:1 water to coffee. For exmaple, I'll brew 3 cups of water with 1 cup of coffee or I'll drink 1 cup of water with 1/3 cup of concentrate. Seems to work great for me, but I have seen some varying reports (including the dreaded "anything less than brewing one pound of coffee is not worth it"). I dont think I have the materials in place to brew a pound of coffee. Any suggestions? Otherwise, I guess I'll just stick with what I've been doing.
