Monday, March 6th. Basketball starts tonight. Good thing I've been getting some jogging/running in to build my stamina a little bit. The diet is still going well (had a bit of a setback at Huey's the other day, but it was just some chicken tenders and fries, so it could've been worse). My weight loss is actually a little down (about 17 pounds this morning), which I'm sure reflects my cheating ways, but hopefully also incorporates my exercising (muscle weighs more than fat). As an added bonus, more muscle mass apparently burns carbs/fat more efficiently (higher metabolic rate?) so thats a good thing. Also, why am I so lazy? I find ways that I think could make things so much better (working harder at work, working harder at some hobbies that could become my new work, etc), but its so much easier to just turn on the tube or xbox or just vegetate and "do it tomorrow." Procrastination is a four letter word.
