Weakness...

I have failed. Someone brought donuts to work this morning and I caved. I was at 18.5 pounds down since the start of my diet (super sunday, February 6th), which was about 4 pounds off from my new low for 2006. Hopefully, I'll burn off enough energy that it wont make a big difference, but I still feel pretty crappy.
I found a new 1000 calorie workout, which sounds wildly unsafe, but to lose a pound of fat, you have to burn off 3500 calories, so if I can do that workout at least 3.5 times a week...there might still be hope for me.
Also, I hate all food and the human body. That is all.
